I am now offering Personal coaching for Men who are looking to put on muscle size and strength between the ages of 21 - 35 who work full time in an office. This is specific for a reason.

It’s a simple process that I’ve refined from coaching 1 on 1. If you are looking to work with someone who will be completely open and honest with you to better your physique, whilst considering realistic lifestyle factors, get in touch.

The Offering

The offering is simple:

  1. Lifestyle/routine/intro coaching [1 hr]
  2. Diet & Supplementation coaching [2 x 1hr]
  3. Gym - Legs / Squats [1hr]
  4. Gym - Back / Deadlifts [1hr]
  5. Gym - Chest / Bench / Shoulders [1hr]

All sessions are £60p/h or £50 p/h if you buy all of them as a 6 hour package.
