Personal Coaching
There’s tons of plans and content out there for free, but sometimes one-to-one coiching will simply be the best option. I offer personal coaching for those looking to integrate strength training into their lives, with a specialism in looking to add strength as well as improve physique.

You will receive a personalised dashboard with articles and recommendations for you to read throughout your training journey. The dashboard is viewable in any web browser.

Whole Life Approach
I don’t just give you a plan and diet to follow, that’s an outdated approach and only works short term. We work to understand every factor of your life that might impact performance and progress, and make efficient additions rather than try to change everything all at once.

Fat Loss Not Weight Loss
Losing weight is not a good goal. We want to aim to lose body fat whilst making sure your body remains strong. I firmly believe “transformations” are a waste of time. So we work on you actually learning so that long term you reap the benefits.
Coaching is £50 per month.
